      I ordered a set of furniture on February 22. They called to confirm the order never told me any delivery time frames or anything. It is going on three months and the loveseat has been in but the couch is not in yet. They just keep telling me that the couch will be in when it gets in They’re offering me $100 parcel refund and free delivery of the loveseat, but I don’t want just the loveseat. I want the couch and the loveseat like I paid for so since it has been taking so long. I asked for a refund all together and I was Denied. I agreed to the partial refund of $100 but I told him I didn’t want just the loveseat brought. I would rather wait until the couch comes in, but I have not heard from them since then.

      We have communicated multiple times by phone that the delay is on the manufacturer's part, not us.  We offered ******* a $100 discount and free delivery as our apology for the manufacture's delay.  I emailed ******* today  that her sofa is expected to be loaded tomorrow for a delivery Thursday.  This is an estimated delivery appointment from the manufacturer at this time.  I told ******* we will let her know when the sofa has been received so we can schedule her free delivery.

      I bought a full size 12” hybrid memory foam mattress and paid via credit card on 03/31/2022 with Tiffany. A week later I picked up the mattress and brought it home. A few days later I slept on it and felt that something was wrong. When I inspected the mattress I realized the store gave me the wrong one. While it is similar, it has a pillow top instead of the memory foam. I contacted the store immediately to tell them the issue. I was told Tiffany was not there but her husband would be in later that day. I was told he would call me back. The next day I received a phone call and we discussed the issue. When he pulled up my order in the system he said the pillow top mattress was the one on my receipt so it was the correct order. I explain to him that my sales receipt only says full 12 inch hybrid mattress. I have no way of knowing that it was a different mattress. He said he would need to speak to Tiffany and get back to me. Two day went by and I didn’t hear anything. So I tried calling a couple times on Friday, April 15. After no response I drove to the store. I spoke to another sales person and explain my story. He said he actually spoke to the owner about it and Tiffany told him The mattress I selected is not available in a full-size so she decided to order the next best comparable mattress. I told him this was the first time I heard of this and I would like to return the mattress. He said that Tiffany and her husband were off flipping a house to raise money for their sons college and they are also going on vacation for one week in Florida so they will be gone all week. He said to keep the mattress for now and Tiffany would get in touch with me upon her return. he said if I don’t hear from them by April 29 to call them. I tried calling and no one answered. I am trying to return this mattress and get my money back. I never authorized the purchase of this mattress.
