Over 30 years of being a client this is how I was treated.Took a new Doberman that I rescued to have shots and an appointment for nurturing. Get a email reminder over a week later and then a phone call today that *** will not see him he deemed him mean called office and said basically if he is any kind of man he would return my call to discuss this and Mabey a muzzle next time but of course no phone call not professional at all meanwhile there was a lady in waiting room sitting on the floor petting this dog and took him camping this weekend with no issues at all including with my female dobi ur loss is my gain dont need to put up with your arrogance any longer wouldnt let u treat my pet rat

I've been going there for over 4 years and spent a lot of money there in the process. About 2 months ago I took my 19 year old female cat there as she has IBS and as I was leaving the vet technician stopped me and told me that if the medicine he gave me didn't work to call and she'd give me something else so about 3 weeks later I called, as the tech advised, and spoke to the receptionist who is occasionally rude to me, and did what the tech advised me. The receptionist said she'd talk to the Dr and call me back. A short while later she called me and told me that Dr ******** said there was nothing else he could give me and rudely said that I could take her to a cancer doctor and did I want the info. I said no thanks. The cat is 19 years old and has been battling IBS for years, as they well should know, I said if it was cancer, she'd be dead already. I again reiterated that the Tech told me to call and thanks for nothing. So that when I called today, the rude receptionist said that I can no longer bring ANY of my pets there because of how I acted the last time we spoke. As an ex police officer of 20 years I did or said nothing wrong to be treated like that without even a phone call from Dr ******** about this and he or the tech would not get on the phone. I have spent way too much money at this business to be treated like this. And I am going to speak to my Attorneys and take action against this business for being treated like this. I also want others to read this to be forewarned before patronizing this business. I also have spoke to Dr ******** recently to let him know how I've been battling cancer and most recent a brain tumor, and for him to add this stress on me goes to show you what kinda person he is.

Giving the "vet" a chance to call me back before I review and take further action. He has until the end of the day today. A police report will be filed regardless.
