            The BBB has verified that the company is not located at the address on file, as the mail was returned and labeled as an insufficient address. After receiving returned mail, we asked for further information from the consumer regarding the credit card transaction, and the data showed the company was located in Dar es Salam, Tanzania. 

            Consumers are advised to contact their credit card company to dispute any charges for non-receipt of ordered products and file a report of the incident on the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center website at www.ic3.gov.

            BBB unable to locate business
            I placed an order from The Toy Hobbies business over a month ago, and never received it. I have attempted to contact the company via their website's question form 3 separate times, but have had no response. No phone number is listed on their website, and when I googled the address they have listed, there was no business recognized as existing at the address. I don't believe that this company is still open, yet their website still takes orders and places charges on your card. I am concerned about people (myself included) spending money on products they will never receive, while also being unable to get their money back.
