this is the worse place to work for, they used contractors for open enrollment and then laid us off. I would of known that this is what they would of been doing this I never would of taken the job.The Team leads there are horrible. and they constantly nip pick on the little things. it was like being baby sat the entire shift.

They scam you for insurance money. They will just ignore every message you sent to cancel your service. Their customer service reps will not take the blame. You do. You pay the money back to the state cause the employees cant do their jobs. But really its cause the company wants to pocket that extra money. They didnt cancel my insurance until I could prove I contacted them. They didnt even have record of me contacting them. So record every conversation and screen shot everything. Learn from my mistake with these trash *****. I hope the state comes and penalizes them. Run far away from these clowns and scam artists. Not one rep wanted to help me out. Just give me attitude cause I will not just pay and go silently into the night.

This is, far and away, the worst website I have ever encountered. For two years I have been unable to access my profile. Every time I try to log in it tells me either my account is locked "due to several unsuccessful attempts" or that my profile has been disabled by site administrators. I've made dozens of phone calls to the customer service number during this time, only to either waste 30 minutes talking to an unknowledgeable representative who can't help, or to have someone manually "unlock" my account. This never works, because, sure enough, I try to sign in only to get the exact same message once again. I even had one representative tell me that my computer is probably too old to access the site (it is not), and his only recommendation was for me to buy a new one. Great advice. On another occasion I was given a list of local "navigators" whom I could call directly to help me apply. Naturally, none of the phone numbers worked. I estimate I've spent about 10-15 hours on the phone this year alone trying to get the matter resolved. So, not only have I been unable to purchase health insurance for over 2 years, I can't even get on the site to see what plans are available. This speaks to a much larger problem, which is that our state websites are poorly designed and barely functional, from Pennie to the unemployment website, to the DMV to the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, and the call centers are staffed by people with little to no training. In fact, these are not really call centers at all, since I can often hear young children in the background and domestic noise suggesting these "employees" are working from home. Since 2020, I've had to use all these sites, which I've accessed from new computers, old computers, work laptops, cellphones, tablets and every conceivable type of device. It is not the user nor the device that's the problem, it's the terribly designed sites themselves, exacerbated by employees who have no clue what they're doing.
