On September 29,2022 I had my 2016 ************ truck tow to the dealership because the truck would not start. ************ of Lancaster told me that the Fuel pump and all (6) Injectors needed to be replace and gave me a price of $20,011.44 to repair the truck. When I question this diagnoses they said the *******'s engine had a history of this problem. I said the truck only has 6,000 miles he said that the problem, I had the truck towed to another dealer for a second option. They said the ECM was bad and did all the repairs foe $1,917.00. When I question the fuel pump problem they said that was in model year 2019-2020 not in the 2016 model year. They also said the first step of the diagnoses should have been to scan the onboard computer for the failure codes. They said a first year tech school school student would also have know this prosses. They charge me $1,100.00 for the diagnoses and the other dealer all in is $1917.00 that includes Diagnoses and repairs. I call ************ and asked for a refund the service manager said they stand by their diagnoses and would not refund any monies. I feel that they ripped me off and try to do a $1,917.00 job for $20,01144.
