Purchased these items on 3/10/2022 Order #************** AMOUNT PAID: $303.54 Order #************** AMOUNT PAID: $478.94 3/16/2022 I recieved the both orders. I decided to keep the 1 out of the 6 items ordered from Linda's Stuff, and began the return process for the other 5 items. 3/17/2022 I shipped the items via *** Express Overnight Delivery instead of using the pre-paid return shipping labels offered by Linda's Stuff. That same day I sent a message to Linda's Stuff with the *** Express Overnight tracking #. I recieved a response from **** that same day thanking me for giving them an update. 3/18/2022 at 9:54am the returned items arrived to Linda's Stuff. 3/18/2022 I sent 2 messages to Linda's Stuff asking if they recieved my returns since I had not heard from them. I got no reply back. 3/19/2022 I sent another email inquiring the same thing. No response back from them. I would like my refund of $693.76 for the items I returned.Business response

All five refunds were issued through **** on March 22 as promised. The buyer has not reached out to us since her returns were delivered on March 18 and we have no idea why she would contact the BBB.Customer response
