This business charged me over $2,000 for a service that was not what was advertised. As a photographer they showed us many things that would be appealing to any young couple getting married and gaurenteed us that we would always be able to get our photos in the event that we would loose them. When I emailed them for my photos from 2020 they informed me that they did not have them any longer. The main photographer (**** ******) that we paid over $2,000 Brought politics to my wedding walking around with a "***** sign" and drank more alcohol then most of my guests. The few photos that were received of me and my new husband were nothing a couple wants. I have no full body shots with my husband besides with a mask on. The main photographer (****) was given a list of photos that he asked us for that we wanted that he would be sure to take on the day of the wedding .. he did not take any. I have 0 photos with my mom, MIL, FIL, BIL, brother, SIL or OUR CHILDREN!Business response

The wedding was 2 1/2 years ago, in the contract that they signed, any issues are to be adresse is within a year of the release of the photos. We suggest all of our clients save their photos and video on an external drive, since technology is not perfect. They have 90 days from the release of photos to request products in their package.
We went above and beyond for this. client. They had to change the date of the wedding from the original date that was booked due to Covid, so we accommodated without an extra charge. They asked for a sneak peak that we released at no extra charge, even though we charge $195 for that extra feature.
They have been smearing our name from day one. Multiple horrible reviews from the beginning. Seems as a personal vendetta, including personal attacks on character.
We have a clear contract that every client receives. If they continue, we will be filing a law suit. We can not be responsible for their irresponsibility to save thair photos from 2 1/2 years ago, and hold us reponsible.
