            i have sent a total of $2,700 to Cody G********* to replace a heating pump. i've been reaching out to him and he has stopped responding. He came to my home one time to start the work to only tell me the pump he has was wrong and he's waiting for the correct pump. each time i reach out to see when the work will be completed he gives me another excuse- i'm attaching our conversation along with the contract. Please note- i'm the daughter (*******************************) of the home owner (*****************************). his english is not very strong so all communication went through me. My father is 71 years old I'd like my money back- i'll pay for the 4 hours he did work - but the unit i believe he said he ordered was never ordered. i dont believe he will come back to finish the work. my heating bill has been astronomical because of his temporary fix - i need to find a reliable company that will get this unit fixed and replaced asap before another heating bill comes..
