On March 2nd I had Bender Roofing come out to give me an estimate for my roof repairs. I spoke with *** ****** *efore he came out to inform him that I have some protective coverings on some certain areas of my roof. He informed that they will be put back in place. On March 4th when leaving for work around 12 noon I noticed that the covering had not been secure. I immediately called Bender and explained the issue. He stated he would send someone to take care of it before the next rain. On Saturday March 5th when I got home that evening still no action was done. Earlier that day I sent a chat message as a reminder to come out. Unfortunately it has rained and windy conditions leaving the damaged area exposed. Bender will be liable. I have immediately left messages with 2 other roofers to get this emergency resolved asap. When a company does not keep their word to a possible potential client this is very unprofessional and I would definitely not recommend this company to others. I would like this complaint to be fully enforced. In the event that Bender Roofing immediately resolves this my complaint will stand firm. Thank youInitial Complaint

Bender Roofing failed to address a roof leak after charging for a repair. They failed to keep two appointments after I informed them that my roof was still leaking.
