This tax company’s computers were compromised in 2020/2021 and our entire identity had been compromised including all of our tax information from 2021. It is currently still unresolved a year later. We have received little to no help from this company to get last years taxes resolved or really any resolution. We have had nasty pushback from the owner in email and conversations. This compromise happened to several people in our community. Our bank accounts were hacked. We were lied to and mistreated in the entire situation. We have turned to our state representatives for help in the matter at this point. We are professionals in our own careers and trying to handle this in the best way we can. Days ago, we discovered that Reed and Dailey had not sent our personal identification requested by IRS to them to respond and resolve the issue. This information came from the IRS to our state representative. We were shocked. We sit here with no answer, no help, no nothing. We are praying to get the answers we need from the state representative. He has been the only helpful connection in all this. The owner of Reed and Dailey sent an email stating he dares us to come in. It was unprofessional and quite frankly a little scary. I am hoping to be able to share this email at some point with you. Thanks for any help in this matter. I would urge warning to others. There are so many who he hurt in this matter. This has caused immense stress and anxiety in our family. I would like to see our money returned to us for services rendered to begin with.
