      This was the worse hotel experience in my life! Pictures were all glamorous but the room was tiny, dark, and very uncomfortable. I had to book a last minute hotel because the owner of the VRBO reservation cancelled on me one week before our Disneyland vacation. This hotel room in Placentia Anaheim booked through Expedia had the worse smell, bad housekeeping, my two key cards took 4-5 swipes ea. time, phone didn’t work but the incident that took me over board was when my handicap husband tripped over the stump in the bathroom entry. Granted it wasn’t a handicap room but I wasn’t offered one at check in either when I said I forgot to request one. He took a fall and cut his toe caused by an elevated stump in the entry to the bathroom from the room. Can you imagine if he fell forward and hit his head on the tub or toilet in this tiny bathroom. Manager Tio Huerta didn’t have the common decency to call us back for a follow up. My husband suffered excruciating pain and we lost hours at the theme park and money due to this hotels negligence. For a total invoice of 1,243.00 manager had the mordacity to only credit back $50.00 but it isn’t the money but rather the principle. I would hate for another person or a child for that matter to take a fall and have a worse injury or in all honesty can possibly DIE! I’m taking all the measures possible to get this message out to the public, hotel property management, and general leaders of this horrible establishment to help prevent this from happening to anyone else. Stay away from this establishment they ought to be ashamed themselves for charging hight prices with low grade service and lack of professionalism and very sad customer service from a management level. I think I’ll definitely pay the extra money for a comfortable and SAFE place to stay like the Hyatt or Hilton just to play it safe. It isn’t worth the few bucks of saving $$$ when traveling with family whole seeking a nice summer vacation :/

      I would like to take a moment to tell you a long winded story about the Quality Inn in Aurburn Hills Michigan, **** ***** ****** **. I checked in last night and my room smelled like mold. It was late and I was too tired to go back and forth with the front desk about it so I just went to sleep. Today after a Spartan race I showered and found a ton of black mold in the tub and behind the wallpaper. I told the manager who never once apologized. In fact, he was very rude from the get go. I was nice about it. I even waited for the other guest to leave the check in booth before I voiced my complaint to give him a chance to fix it without upsetting another guest. I told him I wanted a new room and a refund for both nights. He refused, said he’d refund me for the previous night and get me a new room. The new room also had mold. I told him I was leaving and wanted a refund for both nights. He refused, said he would refund me for tonight but I already slept there last night so a full refund was out of the question. His name was Neil btw. He said I’d have to call Priceline and have them call the hotel and he would authorize a partial refund. I was not happy with that but told him to put that in writing and sign it. He refused. Two Priceline reps called and he declined any refund at all and Priceline also refused any kind of refund. The check in clerk at the new hotel said a bunch of other people left the quality Inn and came to this place for the same issue so the manager knows about the mold and just doesn’t care. I even brought up the fact that I could get sick and he told me “You’re not sick”. As if the spores have even had enough time to grow Into mold in my lungs yet. I have another race in the morning and instead of resting have been dealing with the horrible hotel. Neil went as far as telling me he’s done speaking to me and walked away as soon as I have him the room key back. Worst customer service ever.

      Where do I even begin.. I stayed at hotel in California. It was worst experience in my life. I'm a domestic abuse survivor.. and I wad triggered into extreme anxiety attacks due to a woman being savagely beaten and tormented in room next to me. I was on a date that was the start of a relationship. My friend did not want us involved for fear of retaliation. I had my sister call hotel to tell them the woman needed help. They called my room which upset my friend. They said cops would not come nothing they could do except send their security to room. That made it worse for the girl after. I laid in fetal position crying cause No one would help her. Front desk seemed to be inconvenienced at dealing with this.. on top if this the hotel was in ruins. Stairs on verge of collapse and rooms just disgusting. On top of the flashbacks I suffered it ended a relationship that was blossoming. All because I tried to help. I wouldn't even know where to begin to get a refund on that stay.. but it is heartbreaking that they turn a blind cheek to someone getting beaten like that.. I don't even know if that girl is ok and that kills me

      Filthy everywhere. Have pictures. Ice maker has trash all around. Stair case filthy. Carpet in room huge stains. Ice bucket filthy with no bag. Room was booked for 2. One towel. in bathroom. Refuse to eat breakfast here. Would leave but paid $200 for this. Heavy lady in front office just setting at front window holding big fat cat starring at everyone as they walk they door—which was hard to open. She was very scary. Entrance to hotel difficult to turn in as road construction but huge area dug out just as we turned in. One foot off road and the car would have gone in the hole. We could go on.

      Very nasty being in our room. Mold growing on the walls, stains all over our mattress, somebody's pubic hair was in our sheets and there were stains on the furniture as well as a brown stain on the wall by the lamp switch and burn marks in the carpet

      I booked this guest house for the memorial weekend from May, 29th - Jun 1 through Priceline.com. The place does not look like anything on the website; it is run down. untidy, trashy right from the car park to the reception area. Request for refund was immediately refused. I checked in to see the rooms and it was even worse: the carpets are dirty and could do with some cleaning. There is a sense that the place is not adequately staffed and amenities could do with some upgrade. The attendant asked me to follow up with Priceline if I have to cancel. There was no response to several calls to Priceline.com. Meanwhile, at the reception, another aggrieved couple was calling the police to the premises because the attendant had made a fraudulent credit card charge without their accent. This place is unsafe, dirty, and run down. Given the COVID situation and state of untidiness, and the general chaos, I told the attendant that I have to cancel and rebook another hotel. He told me to follow up with Priceline since he cannot do anything from his end. He told me he has not billed me for anything. I am still working with Priceline and my credit card company to get my refund since I had to rebook another hotel that day. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are more affordable and upscale hotels in the vicinity and think this is looking like a scam operation.
