April of 2023 I went to *** the owner of SJ&K auto repair she sold me a good story making it seem like she can fix my car and she was a good help to the community so she was paid by the state because I got help from a program but she was paid $2500 to fix my car. My car sat for 3 months I had to keep texting her to start my car she would text and say Im going to be pulling it in this week and never did it so when she finally started the work as time went on she would text me saying other things was broken and that I had a flat tire she kept trying to get me to give her extra money for these supposed broken things and even tried to make me pay her $700 before she even fixed any work on my car any time I asked for a receipt she would say shes a real mechanic and she dont have to show me proof fast forward to now after a lot of arguments and her saying if I dont pay her she will take me to court I called the police the other day because shes had my car way to long and got my car back she took my tile and registration out my car and tried to hide it in her house I took my car to a real mechanic and I was told so far she put something in my engine to make the clanking sound go away and she also lied about fixing parts she also took a lot of things apart and didnt know how to put them back in so in my passenger seat there was alot of pieces and bolts in there. Theres a lot more that she did the mechanic is going to give my a full list tomorrow but I wanted to file this complaint asap
