January 25, 2021. Had an error code on hot tub. Searched ******* list for repairman. Immediate response from ****. Advised a pump was bad. Would remove and take back to rebuild, if possible. His total work time to remove pump was 10 Min. I paid $200.00($75.00 to rebuild pump) which I understood would be whether pump was rebuilt or not. He called me Jan 27 to advise pump could not be rebuilt and it would cost $875.00 to replace.Due to covid and myself and wife out of work I opted not to have it replaced at this time. While on the phone I clearly asked him to return the pump to me, when he was in the area. He never returned the pump. I called and 5 times and left messages(never got an answer) sent numerous e-mail messages(never a return e-mail.) I finally sent a message on Nov. 12, I stated I needed the pump or at the least provide necessay information so I called purchase one on-line, which on Jan 27 he advise I could get one cheaper online. I also stated in this e-mail I would contact BBB if I do not get an response. He responded immediately by saying "Call me, I have no information for you". I called, twice, no answer, left messages. As of 11-23 I have no response. I have having one heck of a time ordering a pump. I have been requested to provide a picture of the pump and label, which I cannot. I have sent all information and picture of area the pump is missing. This unit manual list 4 different pumps, I have no idea which one I need. I am not looking for monetary reimbursement, I just want the pump he took or correct information so I can purchase a pump
