    Avoid this company at all costs!! It has been nothing but a headache for the last three years!We bought a unit in 2021, had to wait an entire year, which they were upfront about, and we paid a deposit. When the unit was delivered the following year, thankfully, the delivery guys did not collect the remaining balance because the unit wouldn't even turn on. Never expect anyone to answer any calls! It took us another week to finally get ahold of someone; they sent someone out a couple of days later. (They still didn't collect the remaining balance) They replaced a control board and said it would work, but within a week, it failed again. We tried to call to get someone else out, but they ignored our calls. We hired our own hot tub company to come out and try and figure out what was wrong. They replaced multiple failed parts, but the unit broke a couple of months later. Fast forward to now, they have still been sending us messages asking for the remaining balance. 2 years later, but I don't have a working hot tub. When I spoke to **** today (5/21/2024), his statement was, "Why would we send someone out to fix your unit? You didn't pay?" 1. It's not my fault your guys didn't collect payment; that seems like a management/training issue. 2. I'm glad they didn't collect payment because I would be stuck with a broken machine, and they wouldn't have fixed it anyway. I told **** that 3 options can happen from this point forward. First, we claim it as a loss, and there will be no more harassing messages about the remaining balance. We didn't get what we paid for, so that was generous. Two, They can come pick up the unit and remove it from my property, but they can refund the amount we gave them as a deposit. Or three, I will have my lawyer contact them for the deposit we gave, and we will remove the machine. He laughed at me and said, "Involving a lawyer is so boring." . I wonder how many other customers they have screwed in the past.
