I am a disabled single mom of 3 that receives my child support payments via ****Card, which is a state-sanctioned debit card onto which child support benefits are deposited to in Pennsylvania, as well numerous other states. Research has confirmed ****Card services is managed by Affiliated Computer Services, or ACS, which is owned by *****. In July my account was unknowingly hacked. I had planned utilizing the last support check of July for supplies and back to school clothes. I had $60 in the account with the $420 deposit. A few days after my scheduled support check I went to *******.com to place the order for my children's things only to have my card denied. I called the **** number affiliated with the card to find out my account had $13. I pressed to speak to a rep. ***** a long wait a nice rep told me my card was emptied out over the course of 2 days, small amounts at a time. Monies was transferred to both a ****** account and a ******** account under the name of ***** ********** I have neither kind of account nor do I know this person. I was transferred to fraud. I explained everything and was told they'd send out a questionnaire. I needed to fill it out and send it back. It arrived after $15 day. I sent it back immediately with the info needed. Waited and heard nothing. Meanwhile I had to default on 2 bills, now owing additional payments with interest just so I could care for my 3 sons needs. I've tried calling and checking the status. 17 to be exact. A few weeks ago I received a letter stating there were irregularities in their records vs what I listed so they closed my case!! I'm not sure what the irregularities are. I tried calling them. I got an incredibly hateful woman who screamed at me and hung up!! I've tried 14 times since that phone call and never get a pick up from their end. I think they have my # blocked. I NEED my money! I make $11,000 a year! I count on every dime!!
