      ReliefbandOrder #******* Ordered this band for a gift. I saw this and really thought it would help my daughter. I gave it to her when we were gonna travel for my sons wedding few months later. Reliefband stated guaranteed warranty . The box had not been opened or relief band used. Daughter got it and it worked one time for few hours, then stopped. I went online to customer service and said to switch out battery. I switched battery and nothing. I did not even ask for refund just wanted a band that was over ****** to be replaced. I continue to get run around and all the reliefband customer service can offer is to basically FaceTime/zoom to see what I am doing wrong Really??? Reliefband has no problem taking your money , but reliefband DOES have a problem backing their warranty/product.

      Ordered a band - thinking it would help as advertised for my nausea. Unfortunately, it did not - I just felt the tingling without the relief. It has now been over 4 weeks since the return, and the vendor is not issuing the credit for the band, I have provided the tracking number and proof of receipt. Honestly, it should not take 4+ wks to credit the money back unless something is off or wrong. very disappointed that they display the BBB logo and their customer service is horrendous.

      I ordered a ReliefBand on July 4, 2023, for my wife, who is recovering from a hip replacement. As of July 18, I still have not received the product. According to the tracking information, the order is listed as "unfulfilled" no shipping information. I contacted the company and received an email in which they stated, "Due to the global supply chain issues and carrier delays, orders have been taking longer than usual to process and ship, and we do sincerely apologize for the delay. We have located your Order#xxxxxxx and see that your order is currently in processing and should be shipping shortly. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships. We appreciate your patience with this process. Please reach out to us with any further questions!" I responded that the order is not listed as "in processing" but rather as "unfulfilled." I also stated there was no indication on their website that there would be delays in fulfilling orders. I said that their response was unsatisfactory and that I would like more specific information regarding a shipping date as well as some form of compensation since they've had my over $200 with no indication that the product is even available. The response I got was a repeat of what I got before, that my order is "currently in processing and will be shipping out shortly." I have no idea what that means. I reminded them that according to their own tracking information that the order is still listed as "unfulfilled." I've asked for a refund and have not received a response. I have no idea if this product works, and at this point, I really don't care. They seem to want customers' money well in advance of being able to ship the product. The fact that they don't inform customers in advance of delayed shipments and don't provide any real information about timelines is unacceptable. Date of experience: July 18, 2023
