      Our truck was broke down just turned off on the side of the road I75 Detroit had to pay before they dispatch their Tech. He arrived had no equipment to do a electrical diagnostic and no knowledge of electrical system. He said to his dispatch that he got it started after he sprayed some ether into intake, which was un true it didn't start for almost 15 minutes later and only ran for 20 minutes and shut off again. Tech looked at truck for 20 minutes and sat in his service vehicle for 2 hours so he could get paid. He told his dispatch that the truck was up and running which was also un true because it shut off again just before he left and he wouldn't know that because he never got out of service truck again. The driver then took truck to dealer just up the road and found a loose wire from the engine to the fire wall. it is obvious that we got scammed when they require payment up front and no repair was completed and we called and emailed our displeasure with no response that was also promised a manager would get back to us.

      Thank you for you feedback on your recent emergency road call service. We reviewed your comments and we are very sorry that you found that our services were not to your liking. You state that you were broke down on the side of the road and your unit just shut off, then you state that your driver took the truck to a dealer. We were able to assist you in getting your truck up and running and out of an emergency situation and to a shop to get the necessary repairs made that could not be done roadside. Our records indicate that the initial reason for the call was truck shut off and will not start. An electrical issue was never mentioned. There could be numerous reasons why this occurred. We sent our closest tech to the scene. We do not require payment up front. When customers are paying by credit card our dispatchers gather the information prior to sending a tech on scene. Our techs do not take payment roadside, that function is for our office staff to complete. Once the service is complete and totaled up, then the credit card is processed for payment.

      I will never deal with this company again. After paying $1663.99 for 7 hours of work for an air line and bushings (which did need to be replaced, but was not the problem) It turned out to be the air dryer itself and not the lines or bushings. All I can say is after a ton of calls to Brokers, drivers, service technicians and dispatchers and time it took, I would think it would have been diagnosed properly and fixed correctly! so after two reschedules and aggravation I could not recommend them as a viable option for a repair service. I am so with the amount of money charged to fix minor problems and not the main cause of the breakdown.
