      I ordered an expensive bridle on November 28th, 2022. Payment was confirmed, and my credit card was charged, but I received no further communication about it shipping out. I tried contacting Bit of Britain by phone and email multiple times, receiving no response. After a couple weeks, I needed the bridle to ship to a different address. I emailed the company on Dec. 11th and thankfully received a response that they could change the address. On December 12th, I received an email that my order had shipped and thought this would now be resolved. No such luck. The tracking information on the package said the order was shipped out and then returned to the original sender due to an "insufficient address" according to USPS. Bit of Britain never contacted me to let me know there was a problem. I asked about it on January 7th and received no response. It is now Jan 23rd, 2023. I've sent multiple emails and phone calls about the order and still have received no response about a possible redelivery or refund.

      Our customer service department called this customer.  We let her know we were sorry for how her order was handled, and advised her we're processing a refund for her for the full amount.  That refund has been done.  It is immediate but it may take a day or two to show up on her statement.

      I ordered boots a few weeks ago and according to their website, the boots have yet to ship. I can't get through their customer service phone line and received no response filling out their online form. I received an email stating that the boots were delivered, but they weren't. I didn't even receive any tracking information. I spend ~$154 and expect better.
