The initial call to ServPro was Saturday, July 24. Your Berwick Branch called me on Tuesday, July 27 and told me that you needed to have an electrician come out because there wasn't enough outlets in the basement . I asked if we could use extension cords and run them to the basement and was told that wasn't feasible( even though it was done like that by the other branch). I was told that he wouldn't be able to come out until Friday, July 30. I don't believe that I should be charged for this since this electician is the reason I severed ties with your Berwick Branch of ServPro. He came on Friday, July 30th and incorrectly stated to your company that there was still an "active sewage leak. You called me and informed me that you would not be coming out until it was taken care of. I had to call Roto Rooter to come out again on Saturday, July 31st. They telescopically checked the lines and all was fine. It was fixed the first time on July 24th before I even called my insurance company or you.
