      On January 25th 2022 my debit card was charged 4.25 and 2.86 in order to verify and link it with their site. The charges were supposed to be refunded but they never were. I want my money refunded for these linking charges

      We send numerous emails to this customer, explaining how the system is work.
      We received a very rudeness email back with language, that shouldn't be used.
      He got his refund back automatically, by the system. Ovcorse he is not writing back to you 
      with apologies.

      I just realized that this company has been billing me multiple times for the same service, up to 4 times for the same item. This has been going on since the first time I've been using the service in May 2020.The total amount of the damage is between 500 and 1000 USD. I am currently calculating the price I paid too much. I can give you a more precise estimate of the money lost in a couple of days once I'm done counting. I sent you a screenshot of some billings that have happened since November 3rd. There you can see two double billings, one triple billing and one quadruple billing. I want the company to calculate the amount they owe me and send it back to me as soon as possible. I am counting on their good faith in this matter.

      Your website says I have to fax the complaint to my local BBB office but my business is located in Japan and I have no way of sending a fax
      to United States.
