            My husband and I signed a contract for work on our home (siding install) on October 28, 2021 and paid our deposit. Work was supposed to begin in January 2022. Since that time we have reached out multiple times. On two occasions, someone came out to measure. However, the company has been completely unresponsive to phone, text, and email. I addition, we confirmed with our township that to date, New Look has not even filed for the permit. At this time, we have no date for the work to be done, no permit, and cannot reach or get a response from anyone at New Look Builders.

            Five stars for New Look Builders! We got a new roof system but I’m equally impressed with how smoothly the process went, their attention to detail and their response to every question or concern surpassed all my expectations. New Look Builders hit it out of the park!
