Very disappointing experience upon move-out. While we lived here, maintenance was very responsive and helpful. Upon move-out, we received a bill for the cost of replacing the carpet throughout the entire apt. The main complaint being moisture and urine odor in the carpet. The main pipe in the bathroom broke and leaked into the carpeting. When that occurred, I had called the main office the same day and was told to put a maintenance note in my file so that we would not be charged upon move-out. When we received the bill for the carpet $1,114 to replace, I talked to the property manager in the office, and she basically said that the note meant nothing and did not matter. The carpet was 5.5 years old (out of the 7 years expected), but the tenant before us had made the carpet very thin and matted. We mentioned this on the initial walk through and were told we didn't need to document it as "we replace the carpet between tenants anyway". We also had several service calls to maintenance when we first moved in regarding how thin the carpet was because carpet tacks were lifting and stabbing my toddler in the foot. When I mentioned those calls to the property manager she basically said that while she understands we are frustrated, it's just too bad. When I asked how she could possibly know if the urine stains were from us and not the prior tenant, she said that they left the carpet in between every tenant to check for damage. That, to me, seems to be ridiculous and it certainly did not seem that the carpet had been freshly moved when we moved in. The air vents also had dog hair in them when we moved in, so I wouldn't necessarily trust the cleaning they do in-between. I would not recommend living here. If you do decide to live here, request to be present for the final walk through and document EVERYTHING on move-in. Including worn carpet or any stains.

Really really awful experiences here, I have been harassed countless times by neighbors and the Leasing Companies employees could care less, they quote "there is nothing in the lease about harassment you have to call the police" which the state police disagree, and so does my attorneys who say the fact that the lease states "you can not disturb your neighbors", means that the verbiage of the lease does in fact cover harassment, they threaten to take you to court and evict you if you are two weeks late on rent, meanwhile charging you maintenance fees for maintenance that never happened. They attempted "maintenance", too replace blinds in my bedroom that didn't need fixed, after I called them to specifically state that my blinds were fine and they didn't need to fix them, and they said okay we will cancel the maintenance order, but then I got a voicemail from the maintenance team saying that they attempted to do the maintenance but couldn't enter my apartment due to my dog not letting them up the stairs, which he does not let anyone up the stairs and my blinds are the same blinds that have been in here for two years that I purchased myself because they are charging way too much for "blind maintenance" that never even happened.....
