      I have had them steal money from me for the past two weeks and have no record of communication with them. Very unhappy with them taking money without my consent or knowledge. Stay away from this company!!!!!!!

      We are sorry to hear about this customers experience. After locating and reviewing the consumers account, we see that they have not contacted us as of 04/15/2024. We have made several attempts to contact this consumer with no success. The consumer was billed because they gave us their payment information as well as their express permission to do so. Please know that every new customer visits our secure web site and willingly apply for our services by completing our online application. Our application process requires the customer to click on a check box to confirm they have read our terms and conditions before the application can be submitted. These terms and conditions outline our product and services and clearly give our contact information. After entering their personal information in the online application, the customer enters a valid card number and expiration date. The application process requires the customer to click on a check box to confirm they have read and agree to the Payment Authorization terms. The customer acknowledges that they understand and agree that at the end of their risk-free trial they will be billed a regular monthly participation fee. The monthly fee will be assessed automatically every thirty days unless they request to discontinue their membership. They may cancel at any time by calling the Member Services department and understand that refunds will be made for fees paid within the last 30 days upon request. Once the application has been submitted, the customer is provided a membership confirmation page. An email with this same information is also sent to the email address provided in the application. This confirmation provides the customer with the information they need to have immediate access to the services, provides their first payment date after the free trial ends, and provides the customer with our contact information. We strive to have contact information available at every customer touchpoint. We appreciate any information that would help us provide a better customer experience.

      Stole money outta my account ND I didn't even purchase anything ND I gave no authority for them to steal money outta a disabled old ladies checking account that only lives off of SSI

In review of the account, we see that you contacted us by email on November 4, 2021 asking about your log in information. We also see you were able to successfully log in to the shopping site on November 4th and then again on November 26th. We did not have any further communication with you. Upon seeing your review, we have tried calling you for more information in regard to your experience but were unable to reach you. As we strive to provide quality service, we want to know what we could have done differently.
