Bought fridge did not deliver till 5 days later, had to pay another Plummer 75.00 to hook up water supply, also had water to ice but no water from fridge outlet, now fridge is freezing everything,and someone is coming out Saturday and will make a decision on parts & fixing or replacement,meantime I had to buy small fridge for 150.00, I've been thru hell with this company and do not want to do business with them, they even did not use the steel line they brought out& took back, and that when I had to pay 75.00, please call them and get involved, THEIR # ************, TALK TO SCOTT, I WANT A FULL REFUND OF THE FRIDGE& 75.00 FOR EXTRA WORK, THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE 30.00 EXTRA DOLLARS I PAID TO THE 3 MEN WHO Delivered, I GAVE OUT OF MY HEART! Spoke with **** this morning when he returned our call. His fridge has been serviced and is functioning properly. He asked about an extended service contract at a discount price. Since we'd like to help to alleviate concern over unnecessary expenditures between the 2nd & 5th years, we will work it up and get together with him to finalize next week.
**** has my personal contact info in case he ever has a future question or concern.
