      I watched the video and purchased a membership. I don't recall when this was, maybe around 2021? I just tried to login now, June 2023 and it doesn't recognize my email? There is no way for me to get help either, no information. I think this is a complete rip off! Don't try it!

      Hi *****! Here is a link to login: *******************************************. We upgraded to a brand-new (amazing) website in the fall of 2022 and I have sent 17 emails about it over the past eight months. It's possible that they were sent to an old email address of yours or routed to spam. You will find that if you login to the old site (link above), you can upgrade to the new site for free. I am sorry that you feel there is no way to get help. I promise that we check our email everyday. That is how I found out about this complaint. I am hopeful that you will try the new site and see how great it is!

      I watched the video to use with my **** membership and decided to purchase the *** membership. I also purchased bags and clips to be ready. I can get on the website but do not have access to print a grocery list or coordinate with **** bulk shopping as promised on the video, the main features that convinced me to try it. I contacted your customer service by email twice with absolutely no response. I feel very disappointed and ripped off.

      Hi ***! It looks like you joined our VIP site on January 10, 2023. Please make sure to log into the site and cancel your membership before January 10, **** so you are not charged again. (I did not cancel your membership in case you wanted to use it between now and then.)I emailed a free grocery list for ***'s Club after the free class. Our VIP site is not affiliated with ***'s Club.I searched my work email and our "help" email address and could not find any emails from you. We respond to all customer service emails within ***** hours (even on weekends). I am sorry that you are not happy with your purchases.

      I tried to sign up for the Pro membership. The 1st attempt didn't work, neither did the 2 more I tried. I looked at my bank account and I was charged for THREE memberships. I was told that the $240.00 would drop off from my account, but all 3 went through. Now I am being told that I am the one who needs to fix it. Poor, poor customer service. My bank told me that they are not able to process a refund, just a dispute, which could take months. I want my money back.

      Hi ******. None of your payments went through. I confirmed with my accounting software as well as my payment processor. My team has gone above and beyond to explain this to you via email. There is nothing that we can do on our end. If your bank is withholding the funds from your failed payments then they need to fix the issue.

      Poor business. I purchased and a week later they changed their program to a yearly subscription and gave me a free year. Now it does not recognize my user name and I cant get logged in. Contacted help and they will not refund my money. Very poor business practice for taking your money and not receiving what you sign up for. Very dissatisfied.
