Not Happy with the process or results. Too long to settle and no open communication throughout the process. You must follow what is going on in the portal. Plus the fees are ridiculous. You may as well pay your cards on time because the cost of the settlement is just as much as it wouldve cost to pay the card at $600 a month. For nearly 2 years. Had to drop some of the accounts from the program. Not happy at all.
