If I could give zero stars, I would! Barbara M**** operates this "business" out of her home. When entering, there is a strong smell of animal feces and stale urine. It is not a sanitary nor a safe place for animals, let alone humans. I was shocked to see feces, urine, and old pee pads scattered throughout the house, and puppies who looked unbathed and sick, sitting in their own filth, in dirty blankets inside their cages. To top it off, even though I had been promised "the pick of the litter", Mrs. M**** told me that there was only one puppy available, and I was not given any choice. I asked about proof of vaccination and health records, and was told it would be sent to me "before the end of the week", and that she did not have this information on hand. I immediately smelled a scam and turned on my heels and left. Further, this woman is charging $2500 per puppy, yet cannot offer certified paperwork nor pedigree. ****BUYER BEWARE:**** This "operation" does not seem legal, and the dogs are not cared for properly. The home is in complete disarray, and it appears Ms. M**** is having trouble managing this business, and seems overwhelmed and rushed. I pray for her dogs' sake, that either animal welfare, or a trusted friend or family member intervenes before it is too late.Initial Complaint

Me and my wife submitted a $400 deposit for a puppy from a future litter. We then decided to not go through with our purchase due to the business' lack of communication and general unprofessional candor when we communicated our concern about their unprofessional attitude and business practices. We have been trying to receive the refund of our deposit - as promised by the business owner - for a year now. At every turn this business has been rude, unprofessional, and evasive to uphold their promise and obligation to return a deposit.Initial Complaint

I put a $500 deposit down for a pug in July 2022. Per their website, 80% of this deposit is refundable. We changed our mind and asked for our money back. They still have not given it to me after multiple attempts to contact them via email, phone, and text. Once, they responded and said it was “in the mail” but it was never received. I asked them to void the check and reimburse me via Venmo, which is the original method I paid them with. No response since. I just want my $400 back. This is unacceptable after this long.Business response

I purchased a male puppy in March of 2022 which was born October 14, 2021 and was in Candy and Snow's litter. I would like my AKC registration papers as promised. He was neutered May 25,2022. A copy of this certificate was provided to the owner as requested. The website states AKC papers come with the purchase of a puppy and doesn't even mention the requirement that they be fixed first. I would also like the names and AKC registration numbers for the Sire And Dam, and AKC Litter number as shown on the sample Puppy Health Guarantee and Conditions of Sale on the website.Business response
