This company called me back in May 2024 specifying that they would send me FREE products to use at the organization I currently work for. I told the representative that we already had an existing cleaning company and that we weren't in need of anything new, that's why he sent me FREE products. The representative that called me was a guy named ***. We received the products, and they weren't the best at all. Very cheap and not quite what I was looking for. A few weeks went by and *** calls me about an invoice for almost $400. I was confused and I told him that these products were supposed to be free. He then went on to say they were never free and that I need to pay the invoice that was mailed to me. This company is clearly a spam company and I don't recommend their business at all because of miscommunication and misinformation on the behalf of Paramount and ***.

Dear *******, as far as your review is concerned, we have been in business for 40 years with an A+ rating from Better Business Bureau. We sincerely regret any miscommunication with ******************* at no point in any presentation is the word free used obvious miscommunication there, sorry you felt they need to post this review, we have already instituted a pick up of merchandise at our expense i to satisfy your needs ,at one point you had promised to pay with a discount on this invoice we thought you were happy with the products, but apparently there was a change of heart so we will be picking them up at no expense to you we always strive for amicable resolution on any type of dispute thank you *******Review from Ley G

This is a scam company!!! We had a sales person call wanting to talk to our head chef, he was put through to his Voicemail but never talked to the chef. We then get a mystery box of degreaser, that we never ordered and can not reach the company to come get their stuff. We will not pay for something we did not order!!!Paramount Products Company Inc. Regarding this unfair unjust review, 38 years in business with an A+ BBB rating speaks for itself. We spoke to Josh K****** on Feb. 11, 2023 who expressed an interest in our new powder degreaser cleaner., which we immediately processed and shipped out. The first time we heard of any issues or complaints was yesterday March 8th, 2023 , that they had a contract and couldn't use our product. We immediately issued a pick up for the merchandise at our expense. Not sure why they are still unhappy, but we will pick up our product immediately and consider this matter closed.Review from Natalie B

This company called asking if we needed supplies and I told them that we did not. He told me of a deal they were having and I again told him that I would have to find out if those were products we even ordered. This week I received a box of the items that he was trying to sell. I did not order these items nor do I appreciate them just taking it upon themselves to send me the product without my permission. Perfect way to lose a potential customer for life! If they do not resolve this in a timely manner I will file a complaint.Paramount Products Company Inc. Response

Dear Natalie, This whole transaction was an error on our part. Please understand during the pandemic some salesman are working remotely and on occasions in a unauthorized and inappropriate manner. In no way did this representative act within our company's conduct code. Please expect a UPS pickup for this merchandise immediately and at no cost to you. This is NOT a legit company. I received numerous phone calls yesterday from a guy named Ron R***** inquiring about payment on an invoice. I asked him to email the invoice to me. He did and it was from a ***** email account, with no purchase order # and for items we did not order. We received donations on a daily basis so it is not unusual for items to show up that we didn't order. I asked to get an address from him so we can return the products but Mr. R***** said since we are over 30 days from the date of the invoice that they won't take any returns. I hope you do not get scammed by these people!Paramount Products Company Inc. Response

Dear Brandie G****, As far as your comment that we are not a legit company, that is ridiculous and absurd having been in business for 37 years with an extremely high BBB rating. Please don't misunderstand the actions of one sales rep. as our company policy. Please remember due to the pandemic people are working remotely and act act on their own authority at times. Had you directly communicated with the Corp. office via telephone or email this would not have happened. You would have received a happy, simple, quick outcome. Once again with great apologies. Thank you for your service in the community. Please note under a separate email u will receive pick up instructions at no charge to you for the return of merchandise.
