Answered the questions on rental application truthfully, they specifically ask if you ever been convicted of a crime within 7 years of application. Mine is 15 years ago and is over with. Have a great job and near perfect credit score and was denied. They used the excuse of my crime being ********************************************* victims. Makes no sense. Discrimination

This leasing company is refusing to renew my lease. They claim I can’t afford to pay my rent because I receive disability but I have never missed a months rent. I am being asked to leave by the end of the month, despite me informing them that my apartment suits the needs of my disability. I am being targeted because I refuse to have sexual relations with the manager. Can anyone please help me with handling this issue?

Lindy Property Management has been charging residents at the Crossings at Stanbridge additional charges for water and sewer in ADDITION to the regular rent. Increases to rent should be made at the time of lease renewal and not just added on top of the regular rent.

Please don’t rent here. These buildings are outdated… management is terrible. They increase rent every year but won’t update these apartment buildings in any way shape or form. They charge for heat and gave us a controlled thermostat that doesn’t kick in until it’s under 40 degrees. This has caused us to get sick and they won’t do anything because tenants controlling their own temp would mean them paying more but they make sure to charge us according to an imaginary “meter” due to the hurricane this year we will now be paying for water I’m not sure how that coincides with one another. Everyone shares one water tank so if your neighbor on the first floor flushes the toilet your water BURNS you mid shower. There’s rodents in the wall that you reach out about and nothing gets done. A neighbor was racially harnessed for an entire YEAR and physically harassed and nothing was done. They have a big big biggg lawsuit waiting to happen. Packages get stolen there are no cameras at all on the property. They’re heads have gotten big along with their rent and everything else is falling apart. I moved Into a DIRTY apartment. The shower head was never changed. The microwave had the previous families food and stains in it. And out of everything I listed And pictures sent to my property manager. Her response was that I was wrong for going out and replacing the dirty scum filled shower and bath head. It’s sad how bad people get robbed.

They allowed my neighbor to be racially harassed for an entire year. They over work their maintenance staff. Their front desk workers are very rude and their corporate office has a racist past and not one person has been fired or removed for their racist remarks. The price of their units go up but the quality goes down. My new neighbor moved into her apartment that had old shower heads, ants in their sink. The entire apartment was disgusting. She reported this all to her landlord and was told to get over it. This place has gone down hill and it's sad
