Due to Covid skirmish had to cancel their yearly event for *** in 2020 after already excepting our money. To make up for this skirmish offered a full refund or if we let them keep our money and rolled our tickets over to the following year they would give us a free case of paint for each player. Only showed up in 2021 they gave us the paint and I told them that we didn’t have all the people there the girl at the desk said that’s fine will be issued free passes for the following year for any players who did not show up. After about two months I reached out to skirmish since no one called me or emailed me to tell me about the tickets. When I spoke to them they told me that we were not receiving the tickets due to receiving the cases of paint I told him that that was not the deal and that they’re so she told me that we would still be receiving the The tickets. At that point The manager told me that they were out of town and weren’t there for that due to a family emergency I said I understood and she said that she would call me back by the end of the week or early next week six months went by and I hadn’t heard anything from them due to this I waited to book my tickets for the following year of 2022. When I called back they told me that we were fairly compensated because the paint cost more than the tickets and that if I would like the tickets they would charge me for the paint and refund me for the tickets. I called back a week later and said that that was unacceptable because essentially the paint was interest on my money that they held for over a year and that the deal was they would give us a free case of paint for every ticket that we rolled over. She said it stated that in the email I said no it doesn’t and I can look it up she asked me for all the information which I sent to her and said that she would reach out to her manager. She called me back about two hours later and told me that they consider the matter resolved. Her manager wouldn’t call me.
