On 4/19/22 I was running late to work and decided to try the Yellow Cab Greater Johnstown service cause I heard they were fast and good. I called at 7:35pm for a ride saying I had to be at work by 8:15 pm and was told he was on his way and he was 8 min away. After 15 min I called again asking where he was and was rudely told that it takes a few min to get there and I needed to relax. I then received a call saying the driver was outside and I wasn’t there even though I had been standing outside since I made the call. I was finally picked up at 8:10pm. The cab drivers have radios in the car so the dispatcher and all the drivers can communicate and during my entire ride I had to listen to the dispatcher complaining about me and making fun of me. When getting to my destination I went to hand my card to the driver and was told they didn’t accept cards and they only took cash. I saw no sign or had no knowledge of that and told the driver I didn’t have cash on me. He then drove me away from my job to a bank he said I could take money out of. I had to take out a $20 cause that was the minimum and had to be charged cause it wasn’t my bank. The amount owed was $10.79 so I handed him the $20 and he said he didn’t have change so thanks for the tip. I was not offered any type of receipt or anything. I was also called Ma’am the entire time even though I’m not and I said repeatedly my name was *****. I am angry because I waited for 35 min to be picked up when the driver was 8 min away, I was made late to work, was never told card wasn’t accepted, I was very rudely told to relax, and then listened while he made fun of me. Why anyone would think that it’s ok to make fun of a customer is ok I will never know. All because I called after him not showing up when 15 min had passed since calling. Having to listen while people make fun of you was horrible and then I had to pay $20 for that experience when it was half that cost. I won’t be using this a second time andBusiness response

This man called at 7:35pm had to be at work 8:15pm. and we had people that called befor him we had to took care of them we do not take cards so he should of ask when he called my drivers Alway have change so he is not telling the truth mine dispater said he was not out there when my driver got there
