I was approached by the company to help them go through my yard FOR EASIER ACCESS to the nest door house to take 5 trees down, Foolishly I accepted that with good intensions thinking they will go themselves to cut the trees, they showed up on very wet day 07/14/2021 and brought a huge bucket truck and went through all my yard destroying and denting most of the land and the grass. I called them many times finally they answer and showed up after 2 weeks and started to blame me since I did not know the weight of the truck, Promised to fix after few weeks and many unanswered calls they showed up and cosmetically put some top soil with straw, checked it mainly stones and no real dirt there and after two weeks no grass seen growing LEAVING MAJORITY OF THE DAMAGE NOT FIXED . Called many times no answer

Thieves and liars. I called this company to takedown four trees. Which he was happy to do. During the conversation he questioned me about the 14 pine trees in the front yard. I explained to him that I wasnt concerned about them right now. He made me an offer to takedown the four trees and all of pines for 5k. I wasnt wanting to spend that much, he then dropped the price down to half that. After speaking to my wife we decided to take him up on his offer. I was just interested in dropping the trees and leaving them lay, with him removing the branches. He insisted that they would clean up the mess. He asked if I had a place to put some branches, I showed him where to put a few (not 18 trees worth). They showed up a day unexpected, no call or heads up. We werent home at the time. When we arrived home they already started moving trees not branches in the spot I showed him earlier. They werent trimming the branches off, they were placing entire trees there. He played dumb and said he forgot about that. Then he pestered a neighbor to place them on his property. The trees they cut first were the pines. He failed to mention when we originally talked two days earlier that his chipper machine was broken. I would have never agreed to 18 trees full of branches being placed in my backyard. By the end of the day they didnt cut down a cherry tree I wanted and we talked about, it was one of the original 4. He said it wasnt in the offer (lie). I also noticed a large amount of my pine logs were missing. When questioned, he said he had someone pick up the butts, he makes lumber out of them. I have an outdoor furnace which all of the hardwood trees I burn and I had plans for making lumber out the pines myself. He never talked about taking my trees. After many attempts of trying to get him back to cut the cherry tree down and return the logs. He never showed up. I know now why he wanted my pines, he sold them (thief) His boom trucked leaked oil in my driveway and my neighbors.
