My wife and I bought a new Sidexside in April of last year . In may a front axle broke with less than 100 miles . I called ****** at myers he said I had to pay so I did then in august of 21 I was riding and locked the differential in and was going up a hill . Heard a clunk and lost steering. Axle broke again and broke steering rack and tie rod end off. Took to Myers motor sports in august was told parts were back osrdered. Fast forward to dec 21 ****** calls and says got parts but I have to pay for brake line that blew in the rear warranty won’t cover . So I paid $300 dollars got buggy back late December 21 went to ride it New Year’s Day 22 and as I’m backing off the trailer the tie rod breaks. They Welded it together I called cf moto in mn and talked to Evan . Turns out the brake line was also covered under warranty and cf moto also paid Myers then he lied and told Evan that he had to weld it to bring machine inside . That’s not true because rack was broken completely off. Now fast forward to feb 22 ****** sends me a new tierod . I go to start buggy and it won’t start . Dash flashes like a dead battery . But it’s not a dead battery . I put it on a charger . Also fond bolts under the drivers seat that go somewhere and I’m guessing the 5 months it was at Myers that it sat outside in the weather because the seats were all wet and. Everything inside was damp and rusty . I won’t go into the loose bolts in the suspension I found in the first week. Now it is going to kubik cycles in kitanning pa to hopefully get fixed correctly also ****** refuses to refund the money he charged that warranty paid so I disputed the cost of the brake line and labor on my credit card.
