Our customers can contact us on our websites under "contact us", on the platform the order was purchased or email us with the email address on the paper with the installation video link.
*** ******* ********* had ordered a Supershieldz screen protector with us on the ******** website. *** ******* ********* contacted us with "contact us" form on our website on March 2nd about experiencing bubble related issue with the screen protector he received. On March 3rd we resolved the issue by providing *** ******* ********* with a new set of screen protectors and some extra information to help install the screen protector.
The replacement protectors were shipped out on March 3rd. According to the tracking information the replacement was delivered on March 7th.

The date of the transaction was 5/20/21. I bought a privacy screen protector for a ****** ***** 5. The screen protector cracked with three months and the second one cracked three months later. The package says it has a lifetime warranty. The warranty should cover the screen protector but the company only cover factory defects. If there is a factory defect the buyer is then responsible for paying the shipping and handling of the defective product. The "warranty" listing is misleading to consumers.Business response

I am emailing you to reponse to the lifetime warranty for our products. I have reached out to ***** in regards to this issue and have identified the problem. The lifetime warranty is clearly stated on our website in regards to what is covered. In most cases we will offer replacements regardless of how our product became defective. The wording on the website was meant to protect us against certain consumers who actively takes advantage of lifetime warranties for their own personal gain.
In this situation ***** just read the lifetime warranty and assumed we wouldn't do anything about it. He failed to contact us first before submitting the claim to BBB. In my conversation with *****, he clearly understood our policy and will reach out to us first in the future if he has any issues with our product. We would be happy to assist with any lifetime warranty claims.
