My Fiance & I had visited Sullivan Steakhouse on 03/16/2022 to enjoy a nice steak dinner together as he had just come off of a long stretch of shift work and training. We had decided to visit Sullivans as we heard good things about it, however that was not the case in this situation. Our Waitress & beverages were absolutely wonderful, however the food taste and quality and preparation was absolutely horrible. My Fiances steak was an $85 Waygu steak with bleu cheese topping and it was not even hot when it came out and cooked to the proper temperature, and then I ordered a Filet Mignon with Oscar on top of it and the Oscar was disgusting and dry as a bone, with the smallest amount of sauce that was supposed to come with it. The steak was cooked RARE instead of medium. During our time there we hadn't even had a visit from a Manager on duty for us to express our concerns. Our bill was $245.22 and not worth it one bit besides the Margaritas that we had ordered to compliment the meal. I emailed in and Douglas P******* offered us a visit back completely on them, but we do not live within the area to find the additional time to do so, so we just asked for the money refunded less the alcohol, and he had refused to do so. It is absolutely absurd that this has to come to the BBB to be taken care of when the Director refuses to take care of this himself. None of this was the waitresses fault, it was poor and careless presentation provided by the kitchen staff themselves. We will not be returning.
