Ordered a watch. Received and automated an automated confirmation email. Didn't hear back since. Tried calling twice. Their phone lines are only active 9-11:30 am, outside if that time you'd get a nice firm click. Tried emailing. No confirmation of receipt of email. Canceling order through credit card. Any way they can be forced to close? They're not really doing business as it is based on the reviews.Review from james m

Stay away from this company I went through the same thing as other people no communication or response by telephone or e-mail. I would live to start a class action law suit against this phony company!Review from Jason K

Ordered a watch in early November. Finally got a response December 20th to say it was out of stock. Horrible customer service, all phones are pre-recorded blow-offs-- (sorry we are busy at this time, blah blah blah. ) Possibly a scam, I'm not holding my breath as to whether it ever arrives. Don't buy from Facebook ads, ever. Very disappointed.Review from Dwight D

Purchased a watch online from the Detomaso website, immediately after clinking my payment from my credit card, nothing else appeared, no online receipt, acknowledge of my just recent purchase or a response letter stating my purchase and order number. In this order, phone calls, 15, held on more than 20 minutes, no one ever answers, or return my calls that I left messages (6) with. Wen online, wrote letters asking for any information about the status of my order, no reply, sent letter 4 times. I now see, this is a bogus company, or just an incomponite one, be that the case, I really don't care, just wish to has my money returned, and to inform you of this company's underhanded and corrupt practices. Detomaso Zeigist Sent my watch back they have not refunded my credit card. Refuse to answer the phone on hold many times for 25 minutes then line disconnects you. Send me an email but they do not refund my credit card. Bogus companyReview from Steven R

I ordered a watch from detomaso. In the add they said 1 to 2 weeks shipping. When I got the order confirmation it said 3 months before shipping. I sent a email to expedite my shipment or refund my money. I got the same confirmation saying 3 months wait before shipping. I called customer service, but i got a recording in a foreign language. The watch finally came, and it wasn't the watch i orderd .I just want others to know how this company deceives it customers.
