I ordered a slow cooker on the Impecca web site and my credit card was immediately charged $44.99 I never received an email with the shipping confirmation, so I sent them 2 messages by email and they never responded. I found their number on the BBB website and called them and was told that they do not ship to Puerto Rico, but there is no notice of this on the Impecca website. When I asked to have my money refunded, they hung up on me. Please help, I am 77 years old, I don't have transportation so I do all my shopping online.Initial Complaint

bought a through-the-wall a/c unit from ********** on 5/23/21. Delivered directly from manufacturer Impecca (out of PA). After getting the unit into the wall, we noticed that the box did not included the trim pieces. Called ********** and was told that I would have to contact Impecca directly as it was a direct ship. Contacted Impecca via email and explained the situation. After many back and forth emails and sending pictures of the unit and the box/packing, I was told that they would look into it. then I was told they would send it. Never did. Never heard back. Sent numerous emails even stating that I would be willing to purchase the missing trim if need be. Never heard back. I live on a very fixed income (widowed mom of 3) and cannot replace this $600 unit but it looks horrible and is very loud without the trim pieces. There is no phone # to contact them, only an email. I'm at a loss and do not know how to resolve this on my own.
