Went on line to purchase a Style: ******* - LOUBI FLIP FLIP ***** FLAT RUBB | BK01 BLACK | 38. When the product arrived the sole was thicker than i notice online, I reached out to the company for direction on refund and the process to return the product back to them, for over 2 days total silent, it has the below statement on the email: Christian Louboutin will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery to the original form of payment. We cannot accept any items for return/exchange if damaged, altered, or discounted. Should you wish to return your merchandise, you are responsible for all return shipping costs or taxes & duties that may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all sale items are FINAL SALE.Business response

I just wanted to reach out regarding the Complaint ID referenced in the subject line.
The client was made aware of our return policy prior to having made her purchase. Attached is a copy of the email she was sent where it states sale merchandise is finale sale, finale sale meaning there will be no exchanges or returns. It even states discounted merchandise is also finale sale, again meaning no returns nor exchanges of any kind will be allowed and the merchandise she purchased was indeed discounted/on sale. Nonetheless as a sign of good faith, we already refunded the client.
Attached is a copy of our return policy for your reference.
Christian Louboutin will exchange or offer credit card refunds within 30 days of purchase in a Christian Louboutin boutique in the USA. No return or exchange of special orders or discounted products.
Returns/exchanges must include original Christian Louboutin receipt. Items) must be returned in saleable condition. We cannot accept any items for return/exchange if worn, damaged, or altered. Credit card refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
No refund for cash payment or prepaid gift cards - store credit or exchange only.
Please note that the red lacquer on our soles will wear off upon use.
Additionally, you will be able to see in the email sent to her it states, all sale items are FINAL SALE.
