I was getting ready to call Queen Appliance regarding my extended warranty extension and was shocked to see such negative reviews. I live in ***** and bought my entire kitchen setup, including a rare to find 24" double oven to fit my 1950s home. They are nothing but extrodinary. My son, upon moving to ******* from *************, used Queen to outfit his condo. Not only have we had no major issues, but when I bot a new dishwasher to replace an older one we did not replace in the major redo, ***** held my hand and got us the same finish in Stainless Steel from KitchenAid from 6 years prior. And when we installed the dishwasher, unbeknown to them, they sent our "usual" appliance repair guy, which only solidified my opinion as we try to use quality folks to do work here. I have referred several friends who were buying new stuff for kitchen remodels and all were pleasantly surprised by the pricing and delivery services. I did not have them do the installations for the major kitchen redo, as our contractor did that part. They have helped us on breakage to our Induction Cook Top as my wife could not get used to it and broke the top twice by dropping heavy bottles on it, but they got us the part replacements promptly and "our" appliance guy did the rewiring, etc. We have removed all heavy bottles from around and above the Induction unit, which is super for cooking. We love Queen Appliance way down here in the Heart of *****.

On 6/25/2018 I bought an LG refrigerator that was listed on my sales order as "new in box" (I still have the receipt from Queen Appliances). Today an appliance repairman came to clean out a clog in the freezer drain; he showed us several parts and other indications that this was a used refrigerator when we bought it. My advice is to buy from almost any other appliance dealer as these people are clearly crooks.

We purchased on the 15 of March '21 a Bertazzoni Gas Range which is still not working. We had endless contacts and service calls to get it fixed. No results. We have been for many years a good costumers of Queens Appliances and had no trouble. I have no words to describe what is happening now. Very disappointed indeed.
