      We purchased a water unit from a local company, with whom we had a great relationship. Culligan Quench acquired the company. We had a problem with our unit and called for assistance. We were told the only thing we could do was to request a service call. I also asked for our annual filter replacement to be done at this time. The next day we received a phone call - NOT A VISIT - from the local technician who asked us to check a setting, which fixed the unit. We then received a $100 trip fee. When I used the chat feature, i was sent a picture as proof of visit. This picture was of a desk top with a sticker and barcode on it. It was NOT a picture of our location or machine. When I called customer service, I was told we incurred the one hundred dollar trip fee because the technician called us. She explained that if we had called to cancel the service call, then we would have avoided the fee. We did call and ask if someone could help us over the phone and we were told no. Additionally, the filters were still never changed, as is covered by our contract. This is exceptionally deceptive, and as a 'new' customer, could not be more disappointed in the company.

      it is very bad company to deal with . i have several issues with them and i cant able to solve the issues with them due to bad management . i called them at least 6 times and they keep telling me : someone will contact me and unfortunately no one contact me yet.they added outstanding balance to my business and im not going to pay it . please stay away from this company they are very bad

      Quench is a predatory company. They tried to take over an account set up by the local distributor. They deceptively sent a serviceperson out and billed me a few hundred dollars when I got free service from the distributor. They use strong arm tactics when I was caught between paying ny local guy and Quench.. Then thety assessed late charges when I paid the local distro. So much time and effort wasted dealing with these people. I would stay away from Quench for your own good.

      Stop it. There are no unanswered emails. Stop trying to deflect from Quench's predatory behavior. All this hassle over a water dispenser. Unbelievable. Folks, these people will rip your heart out. Avoid them at all cost.
