May 4, 2022 My ******** ****** Gas Chainsaw was taken to Brickhouse Services to have the carburetor repaired for a flooding problem. On May 4, I was told it would take 2 to 4 weeks to get to my saw and repair it.At 4 weeks on June 3 2022 at 4:04 PM I called for the status on my saw and was told it was in line but not looked at yet. At 8 weeks on June 27, 2022 at 1:33 PM I called for the status on my saw and was told they would call me right back. I received no call back! I called them back on June 28, at 1:03 PM for the status and was told "It's now on the work bench for repair". At 9 weeks on July 7, 2022 at 11:37 AM I again called and was again told the saw was on the bench and I would be getting a call as soon as it was evaluated. Today is 10 weeks July 14, 2022 and I have received no communication from Brickhouse on my Chainsaw.
