      Im a cardholder and i recently tried to get a replacement card sent to me. I was forced to call multiple times and each time a different girl answered. They took my information and said that it did not match what was on file. My info has always been the same and I never had this issue before. Anyways each time they also hung up on me. The last one i spoke to seemed to be laughing. My card is set to expire in 2 weeks and i really need a new one. I dont know if this is a big enough issue but it all just seemed like a game to them but it was very much different for me.

      This is my payroll card, I use it everyday to get mainly my medication. This is the second time I had to call and ask why and what. The card only allows 3 transactions a day. They count a balance check as such. After alerting the card company know it's me using it and confirming where I used it they refused to actually help me and instead shut me down for 6 hours. I know they can over ride the command and when I asked to speak to a manager to file a complaint the woman again second time started to say I'm breaking up she cant hear me even though I called back 2 times today so she could hear me again says when I ask to file a complaint she can't hear me. Also after requesting a manager she tells me theres no one on the floor, I stated I find that hard to believe at which point she just repeats is there anything else I can help you with, again I said file a complaint. Please investigate this company I would not ask but if shes going to tell me yes alot of customers complaining well then something is wrong. Thank you for your time.

      November 8th the day before I reported my paycheckplus **** card stolen, my job *********************** as a ****) made a direct deposit. My job was notified after reporting stolen and reversed the direct deposit. In which hasn't showed up on payroll end so Im without a check in limbo.

      I work for ****** and they send my checks to a company called PaycheckPLUS. There website is www.paycheckplus.com. My issue is this card company has refused to send a new card in the mail. My original card was lost a little over two months ago. I had called them to deactivate it so they did and said a new card would arrive in 10 business days, they said that three times. I stopped calling them and absolutely nothing has come in the mail. At this point they are holding around $1,400 from me keeping it nice and warm in their back pocket I was told to contact the BBB if there is anything else you wish to know about the situation I will be happy to tell you but I need this resolved thank you for your time.
