My wife and I have been trying to get in contact with someone about an issue we are having with our car seat. Called countless times and nothing. Emailed multiple times and nothing. Tried to use ******** messenger and nothing. We are at our white end just trying to get a hold of someone. This companys customer support is complete garbage.Business response

This letter is in response to your inquiry concerning ID# ********. We apologize that *** **** experienced an issue with his Chicco KeyFit 35 ClearTex infant car seat. All Chicco products have a one year warranty that covers manufacture defect for the first year. Under the warranty we have assisted *** **** with a replacement KeyFit 35 ClearTex car seat cover, canopy, and shoulder pads set in his original color. According to ***** the replacement car seat fabrics were delivered to his residence on April 24th, 2023.Kind Regards,

We have the Chicco OneFit all in one car seat for our almost 2 year told. She has been using it since 6 months with no issue.We are currently on a road trip two days ago noticed the foam piece her head rests on sort of peeled off from the plastic of the seat. You can see there is glue on it that I supposed should have held it together but it seems it just peeled away. There is no way to reattach it unless you have the glue they used (which didnt seem to hold up clearly!).Now were on a road trip with an unsafe seat we paid hundreds of dollars for!I filled out their contact form but its been a few days and no one has responded, even though this is clearly serious!Business response

Under the warranty we have assisted *** ***** with a replacement Fit4 car seat. According to *** the replacement car seat was delivered to her residence on April 6, 2022.

My carseat harness are not working properly the latches keep getting lose i trued adjusting it and wont work im not sure if i can provide the receipt but i have the original box for it i got it in june what are my options?Business response

Under the warranty we assist with warranty repair/replacement of a damaged or defective Chicco product. We have sent *** ****** an email to get all warranty information for review.
Once we receive the requested information, we will work with her to resolve this issue.

The Chicco website is misleading it will put the ****** ** base on the suggested products of the Chicco ********************* travel system even though it is incompatible. Chicco will put it on the retailer to return the item and takes no responsibility for this. I guess it was my fault for trusting their website. But I will not be doing business with this company again. I do not make the requirements for returning the item from the retailer. At this point I really just want to advise other consumers of this scam.
