This place was an absolute horror show. I would give 0 stars if possible. My 5 yr old son had an appointment here at 10:30.i had brought my son, mother and my 11m old baby because he is breastfeeding and needed to be close by so I could feed him. The lady at the counter was trying to rush through our paperwork barely explaining what I was signing and when Id ask a question she seemed very annoyed. After paperwork she told me to have a seat in the waiting room. Seeing I had brought my baby. About 10/15 minutes later a nurse comes to me and tells me that when my 5 yr old is called back to the room my mother and baby need to go to the other waiting room. Which sure. Its fine. About 5 minutes after a dr comes to me and yells at me for having my baby there. I explained hes here because I need to feed him. She looked at me and my mother and proceeded to say he needed to leave the waiting room now. So my mother packed up his items and took him out. After this altercation we then waited an hr and 10 minutes even tho his app was at 10:30 and being told by several people it would be a few more minutes. After he is finally called back they set my son in a stall. No door. Just a curtain on both sides. The nurse then began to fill a syringe with pink liquid and was confused on how much to give my child. So she had asked a nurse in the passing. She then comes and gives it to my son. Saying its happy juice. About 15 minutes after the dr comes to introduce herself and explaining my son is getting a filling on his ONE cavity.She proceeds to tell me about the other procedures they offer. Also explaining they would be doing x rays on his mouth.I agreed. And signed the consent paper for my son to get his cavity filled. After they took my son it was about an hr / hr and a half. They removed my sons entire tooth and capped 7 with out my consent. When I go tosee my son and he has blood EVERYWHERE. HE HAD NO TIME TO RECOVER. Because he was alert and breathing. Apparently he was ok go
