We paid to have a fence installed. Not only was the fence eye balled and not marked properly, it was not straight or up to our country guidelines as it was installed in a easement. 717fences aka Adam was told 10 foot off the back property line multiple times before installing, it was 3 feet over in the back corner. Adam blamed our house builders even though he was told 10 foot. So he agreed to move part of the fence and asked us to mark the fence posts that need moved and his high up. So he came out and took out a entire section of fence that paid for instead of citing the section so that it wasn’t into the easement. By him doing this it made our back fence line bow out In a u shape. We asked him to fix it and even offered to pay him to make it straight, for almost a month it was back abs forth with him not being responsive or answering phone calls or texts. He finally gave us a day to come out and correct it free of charge. Nothing ever happened, he never showed up that day, no call/text or email. The following day I follow up with him and his response in a text message was “we were there at 10 am yesterday, evaluated the situation and there’s nothing they can do” no explanation or anything as to why. He never came out when he said he did, my wife was at home the whole day, our dogs never barked, he’s a liar. I again offered to pay for any work needed done, no response what’s so ever. Had another company come out and they said it was installed in properly along the back and it would be 2 grand labor plus materials but they needed the fence manufacture as 11 posts need replaced to do the job correctly. Adam won’t answer us back and now it’s going to cost us over 2 grand to fix a mistake that he won’t own up to. He is a shady business man and he lacks confidence and won’t own his work. As many others as stated he did a shit job and refuses to fix it or even answer us as to why he won’t fix it even after we offered money to do so. We gave him a chance
