      I have called the merchant more than 15 times requesting a return shipping label. I have also emailed the customer for a return shipping label. No reply the policy is we have 14 days to return the items. How can you return the item without a shipping label. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I will ship the items back at my expense.

      After reviewing our email portal, we do not have any recent emails from ***** pertaining to order #****** as shown in the attached file above. We'd ask the customer to make sure that they are sending any inquires to the right Zamage support email which is [email protected].  All customers are responsible for proving a return label if they needed to make a return. Zamage does not supply any return labels.

      I ordered online from Zamage 3 pairs of track pants. Order # ******. Upon this order being delivered on April 21, 2023, I tried them on, and decided to return them. I immediately returned them the next day, and paid *** ground shipping costs. I have not heard from Zamage at all and I have not received a refund for the 3 pairs of pants. It is now over a month. I have called their phone # ************** numerous times. No one ever picks up, and I get the same message: no one can answer the call, and to call back later. I have also filled out an online form that Zamage provides twice asking for an update for the status of my return refund. No response. I have emailed a request for refund to their  [email protected]. No response.       I made a purchase for 4 items totaling 85.00. I tried emailing them 2-3 times to change the delivery which on website it says to email them and no reply. The item was delivered to the in correct address on 12//30/23. And was return to sender. *** show sender received package back on 1/9/23. They will not redeliver the package to me or refund my money. They never answer the phone. By chance after about 30 calls to them I was able to speak to them and they said they do not have the package and could not do anything. I am without the items I ordered and out the money I spent and they are not even trying to work with me.

      We are contacting you because of a complaint we received from the ID provided **********.

       

      We received an email on Dec 23rd asking about a change of address and responded the same day (Dec 23rd) stating we were unable to make this adjustment due to our security policy. We notified the customer to contact the shipping provider with their tracking number to have the package rerouted or held for pick up at the local post office to ensure they would be able to receive the package. Because this hold was not made the post office issued the package as a return to sender on January 9th. (When a return to sender is issued this does not indicate that we have received the package back at our facility until the tracking has updated stating its been returned.) After speaking with the customer we notified them that we would gladly issue a refund for the package upon its return.

       

      We have yet to receive the return package but have issued a refund for the inconvenience.
