I have an old cedar chest from Lane. The chest has a recall where the company is supposed to replace the lock due to safety and suffocation issues with the chests (if someone were to become trapped inside). I have attempted to contact **** many times since January 2023 with zero response. There is no way to actually contact them besides filling out a form on their website. I have filled out the form for lock replacement. I have filled out the "contact us" form many times. No one ever responds. The links on their websites to social media are to accounts that have been deleted.Initial Complaint

I bought a Land heated massage chair that has a broken plug for the massage and heat portion of the chair. I have tried numerous times to contact the company but I have received no reply. The item is still under warranty and was broken when I received it. I am looking for them to simply send a replacement plug.Initial Complaint

I purchased a recliner in May of 2020 and in November of their year 2022 the arm to recline the chair snapped right off. I have filled out the contact is form on their website 3 times and I get an email stating= Thank you for your email. Your form has been received and is pending review by a member of our customer support team. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Lane Furniture Customer Service Team And then I never hear from them. I want to know if the chair is still under warranty or what my options are.Initial Complaint

We have bought a couch made by Lane furniture from a local store and our 2 year old daughter got her hand impaled by a wire from the spring next to the cushion. They wrote a contract for proper resolution and my partner and I both signed it and they have not been true to their word with this document that I have that we signed almost 4 months ago.Initial Complaint

I bought a Lane couch set from a furniture store in April of 2021. I have been trying to get the issue resolved since November of 2021. I paid in full at the time of purchase. Within 6 months, the couches became flat and the frames on multiple seats broke so much that they cant be sat on. This is from totally normal everyday use. Nothing excessive. I've contacted the furniture store and Lane to be told there was no warranty on the furniture. The workmanship of the couches are clearly not good and I feel like they should be be more concerned about the products they are selling.
