I ordered 2 pillow nuzzles and pillow covers for them on 2-23-23. I cancelled the order within one hour of the order and received a email confirmation of the cancellation which I have enclosed a copy of. A week later I noticed that my credit card was charged and I called them. The customer service agent told me that the charges were a pre authorization and would fall off in 7 to 10 business days. They never did fall off! I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Yesterday (04-19-23) I received an email saying my order was shipped and I would receive them today. I called the company again and the agent told me they have no record of the items being shipped and the order had been cancelled. My credit card company told me that they have not received a response from pillow nuzzle about the charges that were disputed. If I receive the pillows and send them back I will have to pay shipping. When I speak to them they are very uncooperative. I want a full refund and a prepaid shipping label to return the items if I do receive them.Business response

Be Active Plus is marketed to alleviate sciatic pain, and it does no such thing. I waited 3 weeks for this product to be shipped, paid an extra $10 for shipping and now they want another $10 to return it. The selling price is 29.99. I called the company to see if there was an alternative to get this product returned without incurring any additional shipping expense. The representative rudely told me that since I purchased it from Amazon, I had to go through them. I need this taken care of. They are selling a product which does not work, and the consumer is getting hit with both the shipping and the return shipping charges.Business response
