We have had on going issues with my wifes 2019 Honda Fit we purchased from this dealership. The service center manager *************************** stated when i towed the car in he would pay for at least half of the tow if not cover the cost completely and when he called to let us know the issue was resolved **** stated on the phone he would send us a check for the full cost of the tow ($150). **** was not there when we went to pick the car up and the counter person let us know that **** would mail a check and they could not provide us with one at that point. 3 months have passed and I have left over a dozen voicemails for **** politely asking him to provide us with the check to refund the towing cost I paid out of pocket he stated he would cover. Since several months have passed and I have called so many times I wanted to reach out to the BBB to see if they can aid in resolution. Thanks.Business response

After reviewing the file a check for $150.00 has been issued from the accounting office at Mike Piazza Honda.

I understand the market is lacking supplies and all dealers are upcharging the price; however, they baited me to make decision by offering MSRP price and tried to upcharge me when i decided to purchase.This dealer is very unethical not following up on their words.Business response
