            Heller, LLC completed about 3/4 of the job and then has not been back to complete it for eight months. Their HIC number is ******** There is exposed ***** HomeWrap on portions of my house for over 10 months, voiding the ***** warranty and needlessly exposing my house to the elements. There are open window holes with nothing but ***** wrap and a thin piece of insulation tacked up to protect my house. They rarely respond to our emails and calls, and if they do it's always excuses and vague promises of eventually completing the job. I have paid them over $200,000.I have attached three files:One documenting payments with dates and check numbers One showing just a handful of photos documenting unfinished work One is a draft of the contract. I will send the signed version shortly.Thank you very much for your time and help.

            In February 2022 we contracted with Heller to build a garage addition, the project to begin in 3 months and take 3 months to complete. Work did not begin for 8 months, and was not completed 10 months later when they left the job incomplete, in spite of us meeting every payment obligation. Multiple fake reasons were given for not doing the work, including that the stucco contractor would not be available for another 6 months. This proved false when we were able to independently hire the same contractor to do our stucco within 2 weeks. We asked Hellers to reimburse us for the $15K we had to spend beyond our contracted amount in order to get the job completed. They paid nothing. We sued them in District Court and the jujdge awarded us $12k (the maximum allowed at that court). In spite of that judgment, the Hellers still have not paid us. Beware!!!
